Weak arms & lousy running
Wah…from e title u noe its NAPHA.its like e 5 stations I did like soooo…well and my running made me lost my gold award.then my weak left arm from e jab for e OBS allowed me to only 17 inclined pull-ups.wah…I tell u I very not happy lor.ppl sae its good but it isn’t cuase I noe could have done better.e running yesterday….i didn’t really put in my best effort its like I brisk walk more than I run so I got like 17.11.its so damm lousy lah.i was aiming for 16.10 and its like 1.01 mins more than tt.so wat man…..Oh yesterday English wad e most interesting.miss b didn’t come so when e relieve teacher ask us to do our compo…we didn’t but I did cause I’m a good gal.and miss b message me and I didn’t know about it…sry…..i hope u get well soon miss buganeish….u were coughing while talking to me…..
